UNLESS WE CAN REACH MORE STUDENTS, THE FUTURE HAS SIGNIFICANT CHALLENGES FOR TODAY'S YOUTH
Black, Hispanic, and Native+ students do not have nearly the same access to computer science (CS) education compared to white students.
A significant gender gap persists: female students are much less likely to feel confident learning CS, do not see it as important to learn, and do not expect to pursue a CS career or job.
Our mission is to help young students gain confidence working with technology, learn critical technical skills, and provide access to the inclusive spaces and mentors that can help them grow – ultimately providing them with a solid foundation to pursue their interests and help diversify the tech ecosystem.
