"Partnering closely with the IT Department, I see the opportunity for more diversity in the technology space. As an alumna of Spelman, a Historically Black College, I am determined to help young, black girls and boys gain exposure to new learning experiences and build skills that are transferable across multiple industries. I believe that Code Inspire will teach students how to speak the language of the future.

This campaign will allow Code Inspire to offer coding and robotics classes to students (ages 6-13) for the Boys & Girls Club in the Newark, NJ area.

We know learning to code, especially at a young age, can be a critical turning point for children. It helps them develop more confidence, learn critical skills, and express themselves in new ways! The Code Inspire team has incredible experience teaching over 10,000 kids to code through in-person and online classes.

With incredibly caring and knowledgeable instructors, kids have a blast learning to code while creating amazing animations, video games, webpage, apps, and more!
